The difficult part about photographing corsets is that a dress form isn't as moldable as the human body, and a corset is designed to manipulate the body's shape by basically "squishing" the body here and there. This can't happen with a dress form, which is why mailed mock-ups are so vital to the perfect fit. As such, corsets on a dress form absolutely will not look as good as on a human body.
These Edwardian-styled over-bust corsets are made from silk satin and use flat steel boning. These are rigid in all directions, until corsets using spiral steel for flex. The bones extend down to the hips only. As this corset is so rigid, please expect multiple mock-ups to be necessary to ensure perfect and comfortable fit. While these use three sets of garters, two sets or four sets or more can be used if desired.
The top corset I have dubbed the "Bubblegum" corset. Something about the hombre sying makes me thing of bubblegum or poprocks.
